Jar World

Play as a bug in an enclosed terrarium! Eat smaller bugs and avoid predators.

Instructions: WASD or ARROW KEYS to move Keep your energy above 0 by eating small bugs. Avoid the large purple bugs as they will damage you.

CLICK on the screen to 'burst' towards the mouse pointer. You'll be launched with a lot of power but use up some energy. (You may also press SHIFT or SPACE while pressing movement keys) 

The game will get harder as the purple bugs grow in numbers and the small bugs dwindle, either from your own actions or the actions of other factors in the environment.

What each object does:

brown = dirt (can be overtaken by moss)
light green = moss (eaten by grey bugs and spreads to dirt)
light grey = grey bugs (eaten by the player and purple bugs and eats moss)
purple = purple bugs (eat small bugs, players, and corpses)
black = corpse (eaten by purple bugs, sizes vary based on what died)
dark grey = large rocks (large)
dark green = moss bugs (hide inside moss and pop out when the moss dies
bright red = titan (glides along the bottom of the world, eating moss and pushing anything in its path)
